Your residential or commercial alarm system can be connected to a  Level-1 certified back-to-base monitoring station operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

When an alarm is triggered, trained operators respond immediately by following your pre-defined instructions, which may include contacting you via home or mobile phone, notifying a nominated staff member or family member, dispatching a security patrol (optional service at an additional cost), or contacting Police or emergency services.
